Fantasticpets.in guarantees to ship all products within 72 working hours provided they are in stock and provided orders are received on our website between Monday and Friday before 10:00 am on non-public holidays.
Once you have received confirmation from us that your order has been shipped, if you do not receive it within the deadlines indicated above, you can contact us and we will immediately file a claim with the carrier. Once the complaint has been answered, we will contact you again.
If you do not receive the requested product, we will contact the carrier/courier to inform you about the delay in the arrival of your order.
Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be considered received on the first working day after that.
The total order weight will be the sum of the individual product weights.
In the event of returning goods, for whatever reason, the cost of transport will be deducted from the amount paid for the goods.
Puppies will be delivered dewormed, vaccinated and with a health certificate issued by veterinarians.
The buyer of animals must contact our customer service to arrange the delivery of the animal. Transport costs, including transport boxes, when necessary, will be the responsibility of the buyer.
